Welcome to the online home of the Giggle Together project and the NEW Laughter Gym. If you live in a world of “buts” then the following pages are possibly going to be triggering that cynic and negative critic inside you (we all have them but the trick is to tame it). There will possibly be much eyebrow raising, shaking of head and the occasional spitting of tea. If this is you; you know what they say: “Don’t knock it until you try it.”
I imagine the fact that you’ve come this far and are reading this page says a lot more about your open mindedness and your curiosity has sent you on a quest to find out more because let’s face it - Laughter Yoga does sound a bit off the wall. That’s until you try it, and then it will become clear and all make perfect sense.

Throughout these pages you can take a look at what the Giggle Together project can offer you, some information about Laughter Yoga and where the Laughter Gym is next in town.

You’ll also be able to find out information on how you can tailor make a workshop specifically for your client group or work colleagues as a team builder (oh they are so great for team building!).
Giggle Together sessions, workshops and programmes are designed to ignite and awaken. They tap into the benefits of play and enable you to be pulled out of a rut of negative thinking, sluggishness - or even just a feeling of “meh”. Giggle Together uses laughter and creativity exercises along with high energy team work to connect, energise. This will increase self esteem and confidence too! Click here for more info.
The Laughter Gym is based on Laughter Yoga and Positive Connection. As well as being able to book Laughter Gym sessions there is also a monthly session held in Chelmsford, Essex to enable you to use this technique as a practice. Why just work on your physical health when your well being is AS important? For more information click here.

laughter and the spirit heals with joy.” Proverb

“I’m not happy, I’m cheerful. There’s a difference. A happy woman has no cares at all. A cheerful woman has cares but has learned how to deal with them.” Beverly Sills
